Have you ever wanted to change your Activision Display Name in-game? It’s actually really easy! All you need to do is navigate to Settings > Account Details and click “Edit” next to the Display Name. You can also access this menu by going through the “My Profile” section of the main menu, which will show a list of all games that are linked with your account. From there, just select one and follow these steps!
You’ll notice that there are a number of fields to fill out, so let’s go over them one by one!
First and Last Name:
This is your full legal name. You can add either the first or last name in here but not both. It will display on every game account linked with yours as well as any other Activision service you may use such as Call of Duty Elite for example. If you have multiple profiles then it will be shown on whichever profile was used when logging into this system (the default).
Display Name :
The name people see while playing games like World Of Warcraft, Destiny, and Diablo III. Choose something simply because if changes ever need to happen later, it should be easier to make the change this time around.

Now, kindly follow these steps to change your Activision Display Name in-game.
- Log into your account on the Activision Website. Once you’re signed in, click “My Account” at the top of the page and then select “Display Name”.
- Add or edit your Display Name by filling out all fields required (First name, Last name, Nickname). Click Save when finished.
Your new Display Name will be reflected across all games and services linked to that profile from now on! Note that if other profiles are listed here, they’ll also show this change automatically as soon as it is made.
